- Authentication data (anonymous user ID and linked email if account is connected)
- Profile preferences (RPE/RIR choice, unit preference, onboarding state, optional display name)
- Workout data (programs, training days, exercises, sessions, set logs, failure/drop-set metadata, notes)
- Body and hydration data (body weight entries and water intake records)
We do not directly collect personally identifiable information (PII). All data is associated with an anonymous user ID.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide workout tracking, progression logic, and history features
- To keep your data available across sessions and linked account usage
- To maintain reliability, security, and service quality
We process your data based on your consent and to provide the core functionality of the app.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers used to operate the app, including Supabase for database and backend services.
